Suites, apartments, traditional dorms—you name it, Peru has it, Roger. We have both single-sex and co-ed options as well!

Note: All students under 21 that do not live within 50 miles are required to live on campus.  Students seeking an exception should contact Residence Life at reslife@peru.edu. 

Centennial Complex:

The Centennial Complex includes six buildings: Davidson, Palmer, Clayburn, Mathews, Nicholas, and Pate Halls.

A coeducational residence hall the Centennial Complex, opened in 1967 to commemorate Peru State's first one hundred years. The Centennial Complex is a coeducational, suite-style/apartment-style living community, located at the southwest side of campus. The Centennial Complex consists of three groups of two residence halls each, which houses sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Each suite-style unit includes two or three bedrooms, living room, and a full bathroom. Each apartment-style unit includes a kitchen, one or two bedrooms, living room, and a full bath. All units contain a love seat, arm chair, and coffee table in the living room, and a dresser, built in desks, closets, and a set of bunk able extra-long twin beds in each bedroom. The student rooms are equipped with wireless internet and cable TV. An additional kitchen is located for students to use in Davidson Hall while the recreational room is located in Palmer Hall, with amenities including a flat screen TV, gaming system, pool table, and other recreational items. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the basement of Clayburn Hall, Davidson Hall, and Nicholas Hall.

Visitation is allowed 24 hours per day with approval of the roommate and suite mates. Visitors who wish to sleep in a room overnight may do so on Friday and Saturday evenings with the approval of roommate/suite mates, prior to the guest's arrival.

Our Women's Dorm
Eliza C. Morgan Hall:

Located in the northwest corner of the campus, Eliza C. Morgan, named after Miss Eliza C. Morgan was opened in 1929 and features newly renovated rooms. The building houses approximately 150 women in rooms situated on four floors.

Rooms are double occupancy and furnished with two extra-long twin bunk able beds, two desks, a dresser, closet, and vanity with sink, mirror and medicine chest. Bathrooms are centrally located on each floor. Microwaves are also located on each floor. When you walk into the Hall, you will enter through the main lobby. The main lobby is comfortably furnished and includes amenities such as a flat screen television, and a fireplace is available for visitors or study groups to use. The kitchen is located in the basement with amenities including an oven, full refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cabinets with counter space. The basement lounge serves as a central gathering area for students hosting a recreational/study area with a fireplace, gaming tables, and television. The basement also includes a classroom and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Visitation is allowed from 9 a.m.-midnight Monday-Sunday. Visitors must follow the posted hall escort policy. Visitors who wish to sleep in a room overnight may do so on Friday and Saturday evenings with the approval of the roommate prior to the guest's arrival. Each guest must register with an RA on-duty upon arrival.

Our Men's Dorm
W.N. Delzell Hall:

Gothic-styled W.N. Delzell Hall was named after W.N. Delzell. Delzell was a faculty member and Dean of Men at Peru State College from 1905 to 1939. W.N. Delzell Hall is a newly renovated, air conditioned, all-male residence hall that opened in 1939 and is located in the northeast corner of campus. It houses approximately 150 men.

All rooms include two desks with chairs, two three-drawer dressers, a closet, sink and mirror, and a set of bunkable extra-long twin beds. The bathrooms are centrally located on each floor. The Great Hall is located on the first floor and is comfortably furnished with a big screen TV for entertainment. The basement level holds the Game Room which serves as a gathering point for students with a large projection screen, a pool table, ping pong table, and lounge furniture.  Also located in the basement is a laundry facility and community kitchen.

Visitation is allowed from 9 a.m. to midnight Monday-Sunday. Visitors must follow the posted hall escort policy.
